You can use our presence on social media to stay up to date on Forma’s news and activities. Our Forma accounts are subject to our community guidelines, which can be reviewed below and are subject to change:

1. Information on Forma's social media channels should not be taken as medical advice. 2. We may share links to third-party sites. External links are being provided as a convenience and for informational purposes only. Forma does not endorse or control the content of linked sites. Please read the privacy policies and terms of use on those sites carefully for information on their privacy practices and policies.
3. Because the industry in which we operate is highly regulated, we are not allowed to engage in sensitive topics or discussions about pharmaceutical products or treatments on this account.

As a result, we may not be able to respond to @mentions and replies that:

• contain profanity, defamatory or demeaning content, or other inappropriate, offensive, abusive or discriminatory content or materials;

• contain information that is false, misleading or inaccurate; and
• violate the rules and policies of the channel you are visiting (see Youtube, Tiktok.)

Our Youtube and Tiktok pages are monitored intermittently. If you send us a message, then please note our response may be delayed.

We reserve the right to remove any such posts and we may block or remove any user who does not comply with these community guidelines.
